Republic Master Chefs services the restaurant, hospitality and tourism industries in Southern California, from San Diego to Palm Springs to Santa Barbara and everywhere in-between. We provide restaurant table linens, chef coats, cook shirts and pants, server uniforms, aprons and kitchen towels, butcher coats, sheets, bath towels, mats, mops, restroom services, and many other supplies.

Our 90 Year History
In 1932, there were only five trucks and five towels – but it was enough for Sam Snookal to acquire a laundry and begin a linen service in Los Angeles the same year his daughter was born. Our proud heritage of quality service was also born that year, and the operation has remained in the family ever since.
Sam realized early on that controlling the quality of the laundry process was essential to continued success. American Textile Maintenance Company has run on the principle that the needs of the customer are paramount. There are two business operations for the parent company – Republic Master Chefs Restaurant Linen Services and Medico Professional Linen Service – and both uphold the family traditions of providing quality service to specialized industries.
